前一段时间在文学城看到这个食谱,试了一下非常好。有点店里买的感觉。赶紧跟大家分享一下。

1¼ 杯低脂温牛奶;(1¼ cup warm milk) 放微波炉里加热40秒至温。
1/4 杯温水;(¼ cup warm water )
一个鸡蛋;(1 egg )
¼ 杯奶油;(¼ cup butter ) 室温成条的奶油,用半条的量。
半袋香草味儿布丁粉;(½ package (96g) vanilla instant pudding mix )
4 杯高精面粉;(4 cup bread flour )
4 汤勺糖;(4 tbsp sugar )
半茶勺盐;(½ tsp salt )
2 茶勺酵母粉;(2 tsp yeast )

一个鸡蛋的蛋黄和一点点蛋白,搅拌均匀,留做刷面包表面用

一汤勺蜂蜜加一茶勺水和均 = 蜂蜜水备用

操作方法:
1. 将以上1的材料,都按顺序放入面包机里,再将面包机设为发面的dough功能档,启动揉面发面档
2. 发面程序结束后将面团倒在撒了些干粉的面板上,先对半切开,再计划做出多少个小面包,把面分成小面团,整型成想要的成品样式,摆进烤盘放进亮灯的烤箱二次发酵 。
3. 30分钟至一小时的时间,看面包坯子发起将其拿出,将烤箱预热350度
4. 开始给面包刷蛋黄液,(蛋黄里加一点蛋白调成蛋黄汁)撒芝麻,将面包胚盘放入烤箱中层,烤约 15-20 分钟至表面金黄即可。
6. 面包烤出来后,要趁热在面包的表面刷一层蜂蜜水,这样能保持面包长时间的柔软和湿润。

我也做了一些其他口味的。 如果做咸味的面包,糖用一半就够了。

One egg yolk and a little bit of egg white, stir, to brush the bread

A tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of water

Direction

  1. Put all the ingredients from 1 into the bread machine with the sequence of bread machine, bread machine set to dough, start kneading the dough
  2. After the dough is ready knead it with some sprinkled flour. Cut according to how many rolls you plan to make. Line up in the baking sheet and leave it in the oven with the light on for secondary fermentation.
  3. After 30 to 60 minutes, take it out of oven, Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  4. Brush the bread with egg. Bake it on the second rack for 15-20 minutes until surface is golden brown.
  5. When the bread is fresh out of oven, brush the surface of the bread with a layer of honey water, this will keep the bread soft and moist for a long time.

You can also make all different flavors or shapes using this recipe. If you are making savory flavor, use half of the sugar.

Chinese Bread/中式面包

Dough:
Bread flour 300g
All-purpose flour 100g
Sugar 40g
Salt 3g
Egg 1
Milk 100g
Active dry yeast 6g
Warm water ½ cup
Butter 100g

Topping:
Mayonnaise 10g
Ketchup 10g
Cheese (us as much as you want)
Some Shredded Green onion
Add all the ingredients for dough except butter into bread machine in the order for bread machine (liquor first then flour, and yeast last) use dough Cycle. Add warm water little by little while the flour is forming the dough. When the flour mixture forms a ball, add in room temperature butter. By the time the cycle ends, the dough should be about 2-3 times as big. Knead the dough and let the air out, cut the dough into 8 even pieces. Knead each of them thin and flat, you can add bacon, hot dog or anything else you like and wrap them. (I used everything I could find at home.). Be creative. You can make them in all different kind of shapes you like.
After you done shaping, cover them with damp clothes until they become twice in size. Mix one egg yolk with one table spoon water then brush it over the bread. Now add all the toping you want if you like.
Bake them in preheated 355F oven for 20 minutes. You should really try this recipe; it smells so good 5 minutes after you start baking. I got this recipe from my friend who got this from Daliulian.net.

揉揉麵團,讓空氣排出,把麵團切成 8 份。擀薄,平,你可以添加熏肉、 熱狗或別的什麼你喜歡的东西,然后包起来。(我用了我在家裡能找到的一切好吃的)。要有創意。你可以整成你自己喜歡的形状。

整形后,上面鋪上濕布直到他們變得兩倍的大小。將一個蛋黃,一表匙水搅拌一下然後刷在麵包上面。現在,添加所有你喜歡的料在面包上面。

Banana Bread/香蕉面包

My coworker gave me this simple, easy but soooooo delicious banana bread recipe. I hope you all make one because you won’t regret!!!

1/2 cup cooking oil

3 eggs beaten

2 cups flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup sugar

3 ripe bananas

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

Vanilla Extract to taste

3 tbsp milk

*walnuts optional

Grease & Flour your loaf Pan and heat the oven to 350 degrees

Mix oil and sugar together

Pulp the bananas in a bowl until smooth

Add the beaten eggs to the bananas (mix)

Add in oil and sugar(mix)

Add rest of ingredients

Pour mixture into grease pan and bake for 1 hour.

我的同事給了這個簡單、 容易但又美味的香蕉麵包食譜。我希望你也做一個,因為你不會後悔的!!!
烹調油 1/2 杯

2 杯麵粉

1/2 杯糖
3 成熟的香蕉
1 茶匙小蘇打
1/2 茶匙鹽
香草精的味道

核桃 可放可不放
麵包盤用油稍微擦一下和把烤箱加熱到 350 度
把油和糖混合在一起
香蕉泥在一個碗裡攪拌均勻
將打好的雞蛋添加到香蕉 (混合)
添加到油糖中
添加其餘的成分
混合物倒入麵包盤,烘培 1 小時。

1 bag of house of pasta frozen pizza dough

One small can of pizza sauce

Cheeses (any kind that you like)

Sweet sausage 1/3 pound

White meat chicken a few oz.

Chunk pinapple a few pieces

One small green pepper (sliced)

One small red onion (sliced)

This list can go on and on, basically, you use any kind of your favor ingredients for toppings and use as much as you want. This is the one reason I want to do pizza at home. Lol…

Follow the instruction on the back of the pizza dough bag to thaw the dough. I made square pizza because it is easier for me. On a baking sheet, place a piece of parchment paper, Place a thin layer of pizza sauce on the dough, then add cheeses then vegetable, last but not the least any kind of meat you like. In a 450 F preheat oven, bake for 15 minutes.

House of paste 牌的冷凍披薩麵團 1 袋

一小罐的比薩醬

乳酪 (任何你喜歡的種類)

甜香腸 1/3 磅

白肉雞肉幾盎司。

塊状鳳梨几片

一個小青椒 (切片)

一個小的紅洋蔥 (切片)

基本上,使用任何一種你喜欢的材料,並且使用多少由你决定。這是我想要在家做比薩餅的原因之一。哈哈……

Banana Smoothie And Cinnamon Raisin Bread

I ate a very healthy and delicious home made breakfast this morning.

Banana smoothie

3 large banana

2 cup of milk

1.5 cup of plain yogurt

2tbsp of honey

put everything into the blender and blend for a few minutes.

Cinnamon raisin bread.

1.5 lb loaf

1 cup water

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup sugar

2 tbsp nonfat dry milk

2 tbsp butter or vegetable oil

2 3/4 cup bread flour

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp bread machine yeast

3/4 cup raisins

Add ingredients to bread machine as directed by bread machine processure. All liquors first then flour then the rest of ingredients. Add raisins at add ingredient signal. Breadmaker will beep 10 times about 30 mintues after the cycle begins.

1. 蜂蜜 3TBSP

2. 水 1/3 + 1/4 cup

3. 蛋 1个 (打匀)

4. 盐 1/2 tsp

5. 椰子粉 or 奶粉 1TBSP (optional )

6. 高筋面粉 2 cups

7. 酵母 2 tsp

8. 黄油 2 TBSP (半融化)

另:一个蛋打散留作刷表面。
按面包机的顺序要求加材料1-8,选 Dough档和面,和面并第一次发酵后拿出来整理编辫子,放回面包机盒子里第二次发酵,(拿掉搅拌小翅膀)等到 发大后刷上蛋液,撒点椰子屑,选单独Baking档. 选crust中度, 烤50分钟。

1. Honey 3TBSP

2. Water 1/3 + 1/4 cup

3. Egg 1 ( beat up)

4. Salt 1/2 tsp

5. shredded coconut or dried milk powder 1TBSP (optional)

6. Bread flour 2 cups

7. Bread yeast 2 tsp

8. Butter 2 TBSP (half melted)

In addition: another egg slightly beat up reserved for bread surfaces.

By bread machine’s order requirements add in ingredients 1-8, selected Dough. Take it out after first fermentation, divide the dough into 3 even pieces then make braids. After that put it back to bread machine for second fermentation. 2 minutes before the second fermentation is done brush the top with beaten egg then add the shredded coconut. Select Baking with the medium crust and bake for 50 minutes.
