Walnut 1 cup
Sugar 1/3 -1/2 cup
In a non-stick pan, add in sugar and cook with medium low heat for about 4 minutes or until sugar is golden brown, caramelize. (constantly stir)
Add the walnut in and turn the heat to low and constantly stir walnut in the sauce for about 5 minutes.
Pour the candied walnut to a big piece of parchment paper and make sure separate the walnuts, otherwise they will stick together after harden.
核桃 1 杯
白糖1/3-1/2 杯
在一個不沾鍋裏加入糖用中小火炒糖大概4分鐘到糖變成金黃色的糖漿。
加入核桃,調火到小火,不停的攪拌核桃大概5分鐘。
把炒好的糖核桃倒到一塊很大的烘烤紙上,記得把他們用筷子分開要不然一會兒涼了就分不開了。
